A Special Performance Benefiting Grateful Guitars Foundation
GENRE: Jam, Tribute
Youtube | Website | Instagram
Since 2010, The Garcia Project has brought the music and spirit of the classic Jerry Garcia Band to audiences nationwide, performing nearly 500 concerts across 176 cities and 32 states. Known for recreating complete historic Jerry Garcia Band concerts from 1976–1995, The Garcia Project brings audiences on a musical journey through the soulful ballads, infectious grooves, soaring improvisation and joyful harmonies that defined Jerry Garcia's legendary band.
This special performance will also benefit the Grateful Guitars Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting musicians and music education.
The Foundation gifts high-quality musical instruments to players carrying the jam-band tradition forward while supporting music-education programs serving underserved communities. The connection is personal: Foundation founder Andy Logan has been a longtime friend and supporter of The Garcia Project and its founder, Mik Bondy.
Join us for a special night of classic Jerry Garcia Band music, community and giving back!
