Last Updated: October 2, 2026

Accessibility Statement

The Guild Theatre is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to ensure our website is usable by the widest possible audience.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which provide guidance on making web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities.

While we strive to adhere to accepted accessibility standards and best practices, some content, including content provided by third parties such as ticketing platforms and embedded media, may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and address any accessibility barriers.

Accessibility Features

The Guild Theatre website is designed to support accessibility through measures such as:

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Logical heading structure and readable text
  • Keyboard navigation support
  • Use of alternative text for meaningful images
  • Color contrast considerations for readability
  • Responsive layouts for assistive technologies

Venue Accessibility

The Guild Theatre is wheelchair accessible. We can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs, and their companions, on both the main level and the mezzanine level. An elevator from the main lobby goes to the second floor, and accessible restrooms are available on both levels.

For questions about accommodations at a show, please email ticketing@guildtheatre.com.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review our website to improve accessibility and usability. We welcome feedback and are committed to making reasonable accommodations to ensure access for all users.
