Our box office is open Tuesday - Saturday, noon - 5pm and on the nights of shows starting at 6pm.
For many shows, even some which are sold out, tickets become available at the box office on the night of the performance, though we are unable to guarantee that.
Your tickets can be found in a number of locations.
After your purchase, Tixr sends the purchaser an “Order Confirmation” email which includes an attached .pdf with tickets. You can use this .pdf as the ticket.
Download and login to the Tixr app (iOS). Make sure to create an account and login with the same email used to purchase tickets. Once downloaded, you can add the tickets from Tixr to your digital wallet.
For high-demand shows, we cannot guarantee that tickets will still be available when the box office opens.
We can only guarantee tickets purchased through the box office and through guildtheatre.com. Customers purchasing tickets through third-party ticket brokers or individuals reselling their tickets, assume full risk of fraudulent tickets purchased through unauthorized vendors. The Guild Theatre has no way of validating or replacing tickets that were not purchased through us. https://support.tixr.com/fan-support
Ticket purchase limits vary from show to show. Typically, we have a 6-ticket limit for general admission, and 4-ticket limit for reserved seating, per customer, credit card or email address. If orders exceed these limits, or tickets are purchased for resale, orders may be canceled. Limits for each show will be enforced at checkout.
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. For a sold out performance, you are able to return tickets to the waitlist. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request your tickets be put on the waiting list.
All dates and times are subject to change.
We do not have a coat check in the theatre, but there are hooks at the bars on which coats may be hung.
We do not allow video cameras, audio recording or professional cameras unless approved by the artist. Flash photography is never allowed.
No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue. Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search and must be carried at all times (and not placed on the floor.) Water bottles are allowed in the venue, but they must be empty upon entrance and filled up inside the venue.
Most shows at the Guild Theatre have a general admission floor (i.e. standing room only) and a reserved balcony. That means that if you purchase a reserved seat in the mezzanine, it is yours for the duration of the show, from whenever you arrive to whenever you leave. This does not, however, guarantee that you will also have access to the general admission area of the main floor.
A few of our shows are “fully reserved” which means there are chairs throughout the venue. Those shows are clearly identified as “fully reserved” or “fully seated.”
The Guild Theatre does not serve food, we recommend that you visit one of the many fine restaurants in Menlo Park. We do have two bar locations and serve beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Yes. Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no minimum age for admission, but all individuals must have a ticket for entry, i.e. we do not permit “babes in arms.”
Yes. We can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs (and their companions) on both levels of the venue, at both the main level and at the mezzanine level. An elevator from the main lobby will take patrons to the second floor. There are accessible restrooms available on both levels as well. If you have further questions regarding accommodations and accessibility, please email us at: email@example.com
Our showtimes listed indicate the time at which the doors open. The general rule is doors open at 7pm and music begins at 8pm, but this is subject to fluctuation. We recommend you arrive early to get yourself positioned and ready!
We support, whenever possible, the reduction of carbon emissions and unnecessary traffic caused by driving. We encourage and ask you to, if possible, walk or ride a bike to the theater if you live within a reasonable distance.
