How can I get in touch with The Guild Theatre?

Email info@guildtheatre.com, or for ticketing questions, email ticketing@guildtheatre.com

Enter your email address to receive the latest news on featured acts, other concerts being presented by our friends and business partners, etc.

Do you have reserved seats?

Most shows at the Guild Theatre have a general admission floor (i.e. standing room only) and a reserved balcony. That means that if you purchase a reserved seat in the mezzanine, it is yours for the duration of the show, from whenever you arrive to whenever you leave. This does not, however, guarantee that you will also have access to the general admission area of the main floor.

A few of our shows are “fully reserved” which means there are chairs throughout the venue. Those shows are clearly identified as “fully reserved” or “fully seated.”

Do you serve food and drink?

The Guild Theatre does not serve food, we recommend that you visit one of the many fine restaurants in Menlo Park. We do have two bar locations and serve beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Are all ages permitted at your venue?

Yes. Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no minimum age for admission, but all individuals must have a ticket for entry, i.e. we do not permit “babes in arms.”

Is The Guild Theatre wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We can accommodate patrons in wheelchairs (and their companions) on both levels of the venue, at both the main level and at the mezzanine level. An elevator from the main lobby will take patrons to the second floor. There are accessible restrooms available on both levels as well. If you have further questions regarding accommodations and accessibility, please email us at: ticketing@guildtheatre.com

Are you still hiring?

PLEASE CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES TO DRIVING!

We support, whenever possible, the reduction of carbon emissions and unnecessary traffic caused by driving. We encourage and ask you to, if possible, walk or ride a bike to the theater if you live within a reasonable distance.

BICYCLE PARKING
Available within Plaza Lots 5, 6, and 8 (see map below) and there are several public bicycle rack location along Santa Cruz Avenue, Chestnut Street, Crane Street, and Doyle Street.
CALTRAIN
If that is not an option, our theater is located just 800 feet (a three to five minute walk) from the CalTrain Menlo Park station, making traveling to the Guild by train a great choice.  Please note that the last train North from Menlo Park Station departs at 11:50pm, and there are four trains which depart Menlo Park Station heading South after 11pm, which is the approximate end time of the typical Guild Theatre show. Please check the schedule link below to confirm this, and the exact times.
CALTRAIN SCHEDULE
SAMTRANS BUSES
Another method of accessing the Guild Theatre by public transit is via SamTrans buses.
SAMTRANS SCHEDULE
If you can’t get to us by foot, bicycle, or public transportation, taking a taxi or a Transportation Network Company (such as Uber) is an option.

Because El Camino Real is a busy roadway we encourage you to designate your drop-off point as the CalTrain station (a few hundred feet away from the venue), which is a safer drop-off location than EL Camino Real. Similarly, after the show, we encourage you to arrange for pickup on nearby Menlo Avenue, which is a safer spot and avoids El Camino Real traffic.
PARKING
If you can’t get here any other way than driving your vehicle, please try to carpool with others who are attending the show.

Immediately to the West of The Guild Theatre is a residential neighborhood of Menlo Park, in which concert parking is neither suitable nor appropriate, as the street parking in these locations is for the sole use of those who live there. Furthermore, walking to and from residential parking spaces can be dangerous, due to uneven sidewalks and overhanging tree branches which can be especially difficult to spot at night.

Instead, Menlo Park has many parking lots, including at the nearby CalTrain station, which are well-lit and just a brief walk from the theater.  Most of these parking locations are free after 6pm. We strongly encourage you to park in these locations.  Below is an interactive map showing the best spots to park, just “hover” over or click on a parking lot for more details:
